The project area covers a total surface of over 4 hectares and is characterized by an almost complete absence of facilities and installations.

The potential of the area is significant, as it acts as a link between the urbanized city and the seafront with its beach establishments, which can be reached by crossing the project area first and then the coastal pine forest.

The aim of the project is to enhance an area currently used solely as a transit space, transforming it into a place actively frequented by citizens. Visitors will find spaces dedicated to sports activities open to all (climbing, skateboarding, and bodyweight exercises), shaded rest areas, new trees, a water-themed area with a lake and water games, and a sensory garden.

The project includes targeted soil improvement near the new plantings, the installation of an irrigation system, lighting system, and water supply and drainage systems.

The plan also involves planting 90 new trees, 58 of which will be native species.
